A:勿論でございます。テーマや要素が決まっていない場合でもお気軽にご相談ください。ふんわりとしたイメージから肌芳が世界観をご提案することも可能です。
Q: I’m unsure about the theme or elements for the artwork. Can I consult with you before placing an order?
A: Of course! Please feel free to consult with me even if you haven’t decided on a theme or elements yet. I can help by proposing a concept or worldview based on your general ideas or vague impressions.
Q:支払いはどのようにすれば良いですか？
A:現在お支払い方法は[銀行振込/クレジットカード支払い]にて承っております。オーダー内容が確定後、作品制作を開始する前にお支払いについてのご案内をさせていただきます。クレジットカード支払いをご希望の方はSMS(お電話番号)宛に請求書を発行/送信させていただきます。
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: Currently, we accept payments via [bank transfer or credit card]. Once the order details are finalized, we will provide payment instructions before starting the artwork’s creation. For those who wish to pay by credit card, an invoice will be issued and sent via SMS (to your phone number).
Q:納期の指定は可能でしょうか？
A:誠に申し訳ございませんが、基本的に納期の指定はできかねます。しかし肌芳よりご提示した納期日以降のご指定は可能ですので、ご依頼内容の確認時にお伝えください。また通常のオーダーに限り別途特急料金(¥10,000~)にて納期の短縮が可能です。この場合最短2週間程度での制作となります。
Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: We apologize, but we generally cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests. However, you can specify a date as long as it is after the estimated completion date provided by us. Please let us know during the order confirmation process. Additionally, expedited delivery is available for an additional fee (starting at ¥10,000). In such cases, the artwork can be completed in approximately two weeks at the earliest.
